Hotel & Hacienda El Carmelo, Ica

The restaurant at Hotel & Hacienda El Carmelo offered a fantastic culinary journey. I was able to pair their traditional Pisco Puros with good Peruvian dishes that were bursting with flavor. Each meal was thoughtfully prepared and showcased the best of local cuisine.
